OCTOBER 2023

Dr. Paul Wichansky earns lifetime achievement award

Dr. Paul was honored as the recipient of the 9th annual Mike Lione Accessibility Award given by the Board of Trustees of the Community Health Law Project (CHLP).  This is a lifetime achievement award for his continued advocacy for those with disabilities.

APRIL 2023

Dr. Paul Wichansky is the recipient of the 2023 Dennis Fenton Distinguished Alumni Award.

I am humbled to receive the Dennis Fenton Distinguished Alumni Award.  This is awarded to Cook College and Rutgers University alumni who have earned advanced degrees and have shown a commitment to leadership and public service.  Proud to have Dad at the ceremony!

"Yes I Can!" Earns Literary Titan's Gold Book Award

Dr. Paul's debut book, "Yes I Can!" earns Literary Titan's 5-star Gold Book Award.  This award is bestowed upon creative authors who "have astounded and amazed [these book reviewers] with unique writing styles, vivid worlds, complex characters, and original ideas."

Dr. Paul Wichansky is an Advocacy Finalist in National Award on Hearing Loss

Selected by hearing aid manufacturer Oticon as an advocacy finalist in their 2021 "Focus on People" Awards, a competition earning 15,000 votes nationwide, Dr. Paul Wichansky shows that a hearing loss does not limit a person’s ability to make a positive difference.

SEPTEMBER 2020

Dr. Paul Wichansky Earns Honor from New Jersey Senate

State Senator Vin Gopal, Assemblyman Eric Houghtaling, and Assemblywoman Joann Downey honored Dr. Paul with a legislative proclamation for educating others about disability acceptance, and for 40 years, encouraging our youth to learn to believe in themselves and the beauty of their dreams.
